We all get hurt and emotionally upset , sometimes the pain and feelings can be intense and it creates feelings of rage, anger,and oh my number one, resentment, especially if it comes from someone who is important to us and we love them.Our first response is to protect ourselves and that makes the feelings even more intense. so what do we do with all of that????   FORGIVE.................
I know, it's really hard to forgive someone who has hurt you but if we hold on to those negative feelings it will only build and become
like plaque . no we don't have to be happy about what they did or said to us, but forgiving and being cleared from from the crappy feelings will only allow us to be free and move forward and to allow the positive to flow through us........................

When you put "D" in front of anger, you get danger. It can be 
dangerous for you and your health to entertain negative thoughts.
Angry unhappy people often like to mix with others who are equally negative, enjoying the false sense of power they derive from venting their negative emotions.

All life is based on the Law of Cause and Effect and there is no such thing as a cause without an effect.
What you think and do is a cause; the result of that thought or action is the effect.
For every action there is reaction. Something happens as a result of everything you do.
If you change the cause,( your thoughts,actions and beliefs) you will experience a different effect or result.
