Instead of complaining, I will say my intent.

I will pay attention to my thought of what I would rather have.
All the negative junk we hold onto for whatever reason, validates our negative beliefs.

Negative beliefs are simply what limits us in all aspects of life. They block us from attracting what we

 want.
Live in the present and find your inner strength, courage and will to be a better person, let go of your locks and your fears and live your inspired life.

Intention is what creates our reality.

What ever your intention is, nurture it, put it in your heart, listen with your soul.

We are more in control of what comes to us than we might think or believe.

It is not an outside force bringing things to us, but our ability within us.

It is our power to take action necessary to make things happen,

to create change, to bring abundance that was meant for us .
When I feel insecure, or threatened or vulnerable, whether from change or simply something now,

I affirm in my mind (over and over)......

There is no danger, there is no threat, from that the discomfort eases and I become open for

discovery and free of fear.

The subconscious mind is more powerful than the conscious mind. Our beliefs that are created

from our past experiences and the emotions that we feel from those experiences, dictate the paths

we consciously create in our choices we make in our lives.

Without change , there is no growth. Change should be valued as an 

opportunity to make something better. Even in unfavorable situations

or circumstances such as losing a job, or battling an illness, embracing change

creates a greater awareness towards achieving and changing for something better.
We need to understand the two forces that motivate us humans. the first motivating force is to gain

gain pleasure. Anything or anybody that gives us joy and happiness will motivate us towards change,

towards goals, towards whatever it is that will have an end result of pleasure.

The second force that motivates us as humans is pain and what we do to avoid it. Now pain itself

can actually be the greatest motivator of the two forces but unfortunately pain as a motivator is

usually short lived. This is simply because as soon as the pain lessons, so does the motivation it drives.
