We all have experienced hurt by another person. Pain can cause anger when it's not expressed.

Bitterness and resentment further result in additional negative energy causing not only continued

emotional pain but also physical pain.

You have the choice to forgive and release the past pain or you can choose to keep it and allow it

to fester in your body causing blockages for the positive to come in
