EVEN THOUGH WE DONT ALWAYS ADMIT IT,WE HAVE A CHOICE ABOUT HOW 

WE FEEL AND HOW WE ACT. WHEN SOMETHING LESS POSITIVE HAPPENS IN 

OUR LIVES, WE CAN EITHER CHOOSE TO GET ALL BALLED UP ABOUT IT AND 

DO NOTHING OR WE CAN FACE UP TO IT AND WORK TO CHANGE IT FOR THE

BETTER.

THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR EMOTIONS. WE ARE THE MASTERS OF OUR 

EMOTIONS. 

TRY THIS SOMETIME. WHEN YOUR REALLY ANGRY AT YOUR PARTNER OR 

ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER, JUST STOP AND SMILE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
