Think back for a moment to a bad day. We all have them from time to time. Whether you woke up
that way for some reason or something happened that threw you off course with sadness, anger,
frustration or disappointment. Have you ever noticed that once you acknowledged or even labeled
having a bad day as "bad" it seemed to just get worse? People with whom you come in contact with
just annoy or upset you more, lines are longer, time is not on your side, things don't work out properly
and situations or circumstances just seem to work against you no matter how much you wished they
wouldn't.
It all starts with attitude, a bad one in this case, but nonetheless an attitude that projected what was then
received.......
