If you can take one day just for yourself, no distractions,no responsibility's, no nothing, just time to be you and focus on you........what would you do ? It will be hard to just focus on yourself, we continually spin with the daily routine, go, go , go, .....
This is why self care is so important. taking time to take of ourselves is probably one of the hardest things to do . but it is the most important thing to do . We always ignore the most important thing and that is taking care of ourselves, It is truly what we need .

Learning to forgive is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
when someone has hurt us, conciously or unconsiously, one of the most difficult
things we have to face in changing the situation is the act of Forgiveness.
It seems like the easiest thing for us to do is not to forgive and simply cut that person out of our lives but that isnt the right thing to do .
Forgiveness is something we must do for ourselves, it doesnt help us carrying the hurt and negative feelings about the situation, it only blocks us from allowing the good things into our lives.

All to often we get caught up in what is right in front of us, the daily stresses and situations that make us feel overwhelmed and helpless,angry and irritated. our conscious mind collects all these negative feelings and thoughts and our subconscious mind gathers them in which then we truly believe that there is no way our situations can be different . We settle for the " guess this is what it's going to be" or "Can't do a thing about it".
Our belief's create what is around us.We have to rethink the way we want things to be and truly believe that it will happen.
